Common questions
When is the game coming out?
It is in development for iOS and Android and is not released yet. There is no date to share. When that changes, this site will say so.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Settings, then Account Management. You can also ask us by email from the address on your account. The account deletion page explains both.
What happens to my data?
Once you ask for deletion your account closes and your data is frozen and hidden. It is permanently deleted within 30 days. Payment records we must keep by law stay, with no link to you.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Send us an email. The button below opens a message with a few lines to fill in: what happened, what you expected, and your device.
Will it be free to play?
You will be able to start for free, and there will be an optional premium subscription. We have no prices to share yet.
I write about games. Who do I talk to?
The press kit has the facts, descriptions and logos. For an interview or anything else, email us and mention your outlet.
